Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Destiny Workshop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by WarinHari Learn NPC, a non-profit company registered in South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the workshop under your credentials (except where your subscription includes facilitator or family seats).
• You must notify us immediately at privacy@warinhari.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Destiny Workshop offers the following access tiers:

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by PayFast. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the workshop content:

• One-time payments: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for users who have not completed more than 2 modules. Contact us at privacy@warinhari.online.
• Monthly subscriptions: No partial-month refunds, but you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the workshop, its assessments, or AI-generated content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Submit false, misleading or harmful content through any input field.
• Resell or sub-license access to the workshop without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, assessments, design, software and AI prompt systems are the intellectual property of WarinHari Learn NPC and are protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

The personal insights, vision captions and destiny portraits generated for you are yours to keep and use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Destiny Workshop is an educational self-discovery tool, not a substitute for professional psychological counselling, career guidance or therapy. Results are generated by AI and reflect patterns in your responses — they are for reflection purposes only.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarinHari Learn NPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
